Online Sports Registration

To register your student for a sport, you must have an active PowerSchool parent account. Students can’t register for sports using student accounts.

If You Don’t Have a PowerSchool Account

If You Don’t Have a PowerSchool Account

You’ll need an access code and access password to set up a parent account. If you don’t have that information, please call the school office and we’ll provide it to you.

Once you have that information, go to PowerSchool to set up your account. Please note, you must set up your parent account on a laptop or computer, not the PowerSchool phone app. Using the Chrome browser is recommended.

Navigating to Sports Clearance

Once you’re logged in, go to NAVIGATION.
Then select QUICK LINKS
Then select MAIN PORTAL PAGE
Then select SPORTS CLEARANCE

Forms

Complete the following forms*:

Sports Clearance Form
Emergency Information Form
Sport Specific Form

Read and sign the following forms:

Concussion Form
Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form
Anti-Hazing Form
Training Rules Form

Sports Physical:

A current sports physical form must be on file. Physicals are valid for two years from the exam date. Blank forms are available below and at the ASB office.

Completed forms must be submitted before athletes can attend tryouts or practice.

*If a required field doesn’t apply to your student, type “none” or “N/A.”

Fees

Fee payment is required before students are eligible to participate in sports.

ASB Fee – $15
Sport Fee – $30 per sport

Fees are waived for students who qualify for the free and reduced-price lunch program. Students who qualify for the program must show proof of eligibility by bringing the letter mailed home from Nutrition Services to the ASB window. If you need a copy of the letter, please call Nutrition Services at (509) 222-5073.
